Francine Oxtrott is a student of the Gunslinger Class 1-A of the Academy and the DJ and unofficial owner of "Oxtrott's Den", a meeting spot for youngster to have fun and hang out without adult supervision (but still with enforced rules. Illegal stuff is illegal for a reason, after all!).
A spunky, highly active fox girl who, in irony to the stereotypes of foxes, is honest to a fault, friendly towards others, a bit clueless towards her surroundings and slightly gullible. Despite this, she can be terrifying if you manage to piss her off, as many jerks in the past can attest to.
Her biggest passions are music, dancing and rollerskating, wishing one day to go pro in all of them (not one of them, not two of them, but ALL OF THEM!!). However, she fails to realise that such endeavors do cost a lot of time and money, as well as enough education to pull that off competently...
She is also the best friend of Copper Amos, having been friends since childhood.
In battle, she uses her trusty rollerskates and a pair of pistols, dubbed "Fox 'n' Hound", that fire three forms of Ammunition: Fire, Ice and Thunder.
Her constellation is called "Boost", which grants her super speed and perception.
Trivia:
- She is subtly based on Kamen Rider Geats and Todd from "The Fox and the Hound".
- She is everything a fox isn't (except undangerous!).
- She charges you 5.80 Aures for food and drinks.
