Really like composition here. White color dominating in the shot is also quite nice addition. The arches in the background corresponds well with pose of model.
Blue boots make nice distraction and contrast to all the white in shot.

The layout works, but the model looks angry and the shoes seem to be out of place. Her dress doesn't have any similar shade of blue to tie the shoes in. I see it as a trade-off between the two.
