The year is 2525, and a young programmer is thrust into a world of murder and mayhem when an intergalactic corporation forces him to fight in the IWF (Intergalactic Wrestling Federation) as part of a punishment for a crime he didn't commit. Carlos Ortega is a mild-mannered geek who becomes a muscle-bound monster when he accidentally ingests a nanotech human augmentation serum meant for someone else and wreaks havoc on the IWF stage. As he learns to accept his new superhuman condition, Ortega must decide whether to look out for himself and gain wealth and power or free the galaxy from the clutches of corporate overlords who oppress his friends and family.
