Description This poster, Midland Railway: The Most Interesting Route to Scotland, was probably printed between 1905 and World War I.  It combines a map of the Midland Railway with a black "Cock o' the North" and Johnson/Deeley three-cylinder compound 4-4-0 steam locomotive No. 1025 pulling an Anglo-Scottish express train.  The poster now hangs from the wall of the National Railway Museum in York.

Looks good. I probably saw it but, do not recall it.
