NAME: Utility Belt (UB for short)

WEAPON: No Weapon, pacifistic

PERSONALITY: Shy, quick to back out of conversations. Doesn't like wasting people's time, and has a hard time socializing. Despite all this, she has a kind heart and wants to do her best to help others. She usually is seen with her helmet on, and the glass made so that you can't see her face through it; when it's like this, shes more willing to go out of her way to do something to help others. She prefers anonymity.

UB was born with a lot of physical disabilities that would make getting around either really difficult or very painful. Most of her childhood was spent in and out of the hospital thanks to this. Her mom was always determined to let her child have a fully fulfilled childhood however, and would organize group activities for things such as girl scouts, book clubs and other things that her daughter could participate in. Unknown to her mom, the soft spoken child would grow wary of these big groups, and would later avoid them at most any cost.

Her mom's constant desire to make her life "better" ended up driving UB to a state of isolation, where she felt like she could tell nobody how she truly felt. It wasn't until UB was about 11 that she asked to speak to her dad in private about her mom's behavior, and that's when her dad became one of the most important people in her life. Her dad would speak up for her when she felt she couldn't, and would do what was best for his daughter, by her own standards, at a moment's notice.

Life was rough at times; and the pain that UB experienced on a daily basis only grew worse and worse. Luckily for her however, she had a cousin who knew a thing or two about robotics.

Visor only wanted what was best for her cousin, and had even told UB she was more than willing to pay for treatments for her cousin, but UB didn't want to see any more doctors. She didn't want any more of these constant checkups. She wanted to move around and not feel pain. So, Visor pitched the idea to her parents that she could..
"Reinforce" Utility Belt's body.

Over the course of a few months, Visor had build and applied various mechanical pieces that would be suited to UB's still-growing body, making sure that these cybernetic add-ons would also help manage any pain she would feel.

And to top it off, Visor even made a helmet for her cousin; based off a sketch UB had made once her shiny new arm was functioning ;And that's the story of how Utility belt became a Bionic Girl scout.
