Description
After the mutant plague broke out in Germany, they naturally ravaged Germany's neighbours. Initial losses in those countries were very high, as they were not prepared for this kind of onslaught, having had to fight German forces before.

Resources were scarce in France, but they managed to hold against the mutant hordes. They, as almost all other countries turned to improve existing designs. In this case the MAS-38 was overhauled into the MAS-46. It now sported a higher calibre and an had an improved effective range, but maintained the accuracy of the older MAS-38.
