I meant that I turn into a drooling fool when I eat at KFC! Ha!
But I did work at WalMart for a little while and we had bizarre pep rallies before and after work. It was cult-like...They also had all the cheesey "Attitude" posters up .
I also worked at OfficeMax and we had all kinds of customer service training....I think i used to fall asleep during that.

At pizza hut we had buttons that advertised our pasta bakes and cinnamon sticks.
Cooks weren't required to wear flare, it wasn't even suggested.
I wore every single piece I could find, including the name tags of those who were fired.
I don't think I had good reason why...

hahahahahahahah!!!!!! That cracks me up!!!!!!
I remember I worked in Lawn & Garden at WalMart and Ihad to wear a green vest that said, " Gardening Specialist"....the only gardening I ever did was cut the lawn. I would have old people asking me when to water their petunias and when they should trim their cedars...I had no clue. then I remember the strange things that went on after hours with employees. The head manager of pet supplies i think was a serial sex offender.

Try working at a sports store having never watched or played any sports.
People asking for Pujol Baseball Jerseys (pronounced Poo-hole) "Sir? Could you grab me a Large Pujol?"
Just try not laughing at them.

Ha!!! I'm the same way.....(about sports)
"EXCUSE ME...DO YOU HAVE A LARGE POO-HOLE???" I CAN'T FIND MINE AND NEED TO REPLACE IT!"
My buddy worked at Best Buy for 45 minutes.....too funny!

We had an elderly lady come in and ask us if we carried scrotum protectors. It was freaking hilarious!

are you serious?? hahahahaha! Disturbing coming from an elderly woman!
I have been chewed out by several disgruntled shoppers for not being able to find dayplanner refills. Once I asked a guy if he needed help finding anything, and he pointed his finger in my face and said, "I DON'T NEED ANY HELP....I DON'T WANT ANY HELP FROM YOU....LEAVE ME ALONE."
wow....

And then later they come back and subtly ask for help and you say, "I knew you'd come crawling back!"

I used to listen to the Penny Arcade one, but I don't keep up on video games as much as they do, so it passed me by.
An awesome podcast I used to listen to all the time and still keep up on occasionally would be "The Onion Radio News" its about a minute long and damn funny.

I remember they had this article, "15 year old high school student dies from radioactive spider bite"
it entaled "the cancer spread through him with the proportionate strength of a spider" and "surviving him are his Aunt and Uncle May and Ben Parker"

And there's the other times you feed the flame of customers attitudes...
If someone sneezes in the back room (away from the pizza), yell REMAKE!
It made the evening rush go that much faster.
