So about the text, "Dubito, ergo cotigo", it's latin for "I doubt, therefore I think". The whole quote is "Dubito, ergo cotigo, ergo sum" which means "I doubt, therefore I think, therefor I am".
This is actually a somewhat manipulated quote from a french philosopher called René Descartes (who btw died in Stockholm (the capital of Sweden and where I happen to be living) exactly 342 years before my sister was born).
The original quote from René was "Cotigo, ergo sum" simply meaning "I think, therefore I am" which is something that we all should think from time to time to see if we still are ^^
