Description
Axton was a commando for Dahl before being forced out of service due to his desire for glory, which often resulted in a heck of a lot of collateral damage! This also cost him his marriage since his wife, Sarah, was also his commanding officer, thus forcing him to become a bounty hunter before Handsome Jack lured him to Pandora. At this point, he became a Vault Hunter, hoping to find a worthy challenge along the way. Even though she disliked his lust for glory, Sarah still seemed to have some feelings for him, since she killed the assassin that was sent after him at Wam Bam Island. Axton is known for his use of a Sabre Turret, which he loves just as much as Sarah, if not more.

After falling on hard times, he and Salvador became the hosts of Arms Race, though he was unable to fight the current Vault Hunters as Sal had planned. He also seems to have become a model, since one of Moze's skins for her Iron Bear mech has a half-naked pin-up of him, and there's apparently a life-sized body pillow of him and a model of his Sabre Turret, made evident by an ECHO recording.

UPDATE: While working on my next model, I came up with a way to make Axton's Sabre Turret. It's not perfect, but it'll do.
