Description
Fuzzy Lumpkins is another villain of the PPG who lives in a shack in the woods near Townsville. He's greedy, hot-tempered, and hates it when people enter his property, often threatening them with his boomstick. He does have a love for banjo music though, having even given his banjo the name Joe. While Fuzzy is antisocial, he is friends with other villains, like Mojo Jojo. He has teamed up with others on several occasions, including Mojo, HIM, and Princess. Fuzzy has a big family who are all similar to him and sometimes aid him in his endeavors. He, at one point, became the mayor of Townsville, but the former Mayor ended up defeating him in a wrestling match after he saw Fuzzy wearing his hat and went berserk. When angry, Fuzzy will enter what is known as Rage Mode (up next), a state similar to the Incredible Hulk in that he is stronger, more muscular, and fueled by rage. He will only calm down when defeated or if whatever enraged him is resolved (i.e., him getting his property back).

I mostly stayed true to Fuzzy's appearance in most forms of PPG media, although I couldn't give him a green nose and he's wearing a shirt under his overalls.
