Description
Run from the herds of “Director’s Commentary”;This episode was originally going to be called “And you thought Shadow was messed up”, but I try and move away from Shadow’s mental issues in OFAY, so it was changed.
Tails continues his diagnosis of Roboshi as Zelphnos continues to kill him.
Sonic is the only character in the OFAY cast that knows about the God of Plot Points, or at least knows her inside the storyline. So he’ll always call for her if he’s really in trouble.
But as panel 2, shows; it’s GoPP’s day off. They’re not getting her help today.
You really have to feel sorry for Roboshi in panel 3, with 3 insults and a CPU telling him he’s going to die. Prof. Yu and the Yoshi Ghost are appearing as Memories hence their transparent look.
GotM’s here to save the day! Being a God as well it seems he also has Telepathic powers and probably sensed the danger Roboshi was in.
It also appears that GotM knows Zelphnos from before. Zelphnos has existed before Roboshi bright him back into existence. So Roboshi is only responsible for releasing Zelphnos, not creating him.
Roboshi may not like his punishment for his actions but he doesn’t really hate GotM, so he’s glad that GotM has come to the rescue this time.
Zelphnos refers to the chess playing of many great rivals, such as Prof. X and Magneto or the Chess playing scenes in “Killer 7”. But Zelphnos is a character who just loves killing, nothing really poetic about it; he’s just a character that likes ending lives. Try working that one out psychologists.
And we see get Roboshi saved by GotM, and preventing any outside influences in the future from Zelphnos. But it won’t stop attacks by Zelphnos actually meeting him. Luckily Zelphnos has to follow and find Roboshi to get to him, so the team’s safe for now.
If you thought someone was a deaths door and they suddenly get up and scream in your face you’d be shocked too. (The glowing indicating the application of a mental barrier being applied)
Hide from the “Blurb”;
Most of the Blurb relates to the experiments in Resident Evil, including the Hunters, Umbrella Research and Eliminator.
A Reference to an old Disney film “Bedknobs and Broomsticks” where the spell “Filigree, apogee, pedigree, perigee” turns people into Rabbits.
