My brain comes up with the most random things when I'm sick.

Gary plotting for world domination, while Petey annoyingly interrupts his concentration. Inspired by an episode of Family Guy where Peter, flying on a plane, asks the stewardesses to make a fort of pillows in one of the rows of seats, and when he crawls in he puts a "NO GIRLS ALLOWED" sign on the outisde, thus the sign on Gary's pillow fort. I just happen to be a big Family Guy fan and I couldn't resist making the reference.

Gary Smith is from the video game Bully (aka Canis Canem Edit) and Bully: Scholarship Edition and all are (c) to Rockstar and Rockstar Vancouver.
