Description
The creatures on the right are my version of the "sirena", the Philippine mythology equivalent of the mermaid. This has been on my hard drive for quite some time now, but I only had time to polish it a bit today.The blonde sirena on the far right's based on my close friend Frankie. (=guava )

i have seen a previous painting of yours and i like the way you capture the water sliding of the skin. It looks real and gives the characters a sense of 3 dimensionality.

i like your concept of the sirenas: the veins on their bodies and the wings on their backs--make them look like they're flying fishes.
