Eeyep. Baruna's facial shape is somewhat messed up, and those are the wrong colour pants. Also, I did get Rulai's sleeve all... too short for his rest of him.
But, I like it.
and no, his uniform isn't like the normal one. It's sort of custom. Because his job is better. D:
