Quick Attack - She gains inhuman speed and kicks the target in the face without warning.
Shock Wave - She charges her energy then lets it out in a blast that doesn't miss
Stomp - she stompes down on the opponent, usually their stomach when they're on the ground. Very painful.
Discharge - Usually when she looses control of her electricity, it bursts from her, causing damage all around, and usually leaving her vulnerable and shaky.

Accessory: She has metal knuckles now as her weapon. It's obvious what she does with them.

Markings: She has more stripes now, as well as PFFFFT ACCESS AMOUNT OF HAIR The top two... spiky things on her hair, and the little spiky ball thing at the end of the hair glow when she uses electrical powers.

Personality: Extremely hyper active, she never seems to run out of energy. She rushes through everything and never slows down. She has a gruff personality at times and is a really bad or good >.> sore loser. She’ll get pissed off at whoever may beat her in a fight and will not relent in trying to get them in another fight until she beats them. Has mood swings at time.

Talents: She’s a good hand-to-hand fighter, but is best with kicking. Is it bad that I’m having trouble filling this part out? She can talk her way out of trouble and has a shrewd way of looking at things. pfft

Weaknesses: Her anger an shifting moods, as well as her inability to slow down and take things one at a time. This causes her to take on too many jobs at once and get frustrated to quickly by them and gives up. Short attention span. Yeah.

Background: She grew up in the city and her and most of the other kids in the neighborhood ruled the streets. They would go on rampages, play ball games in the streets, whatever they wanted. Sierra got into tons of fights with other kids over stupid shit that didn’t matter. In time, her parents decided enough was enough and sent her to a boarding school. That obviously did no good whatsoever as she continued to fight, getting even angrier with everyone and everything.
Her teachers tried everything to settle her down, but soon they said enough was enough and kicked her out of school. As she was being driven home, she ditched her chauffeur and ran away. She wandered around for a long time, then obviously found the Fighters Guild in Dezzaviit and joined up.
That's where she met Strike and they got together because... well only they could handle the other.

-you’ll know she trusts you/is your friend if she makes a joke about how you look or something like that RUDE
-She's in an... interesting relationship with Strike and they're usually always together
-Takes great pride in her hair, if only there was a move called HAIR WHIP
-Is hardly friends with any of the fighters, she thinks they look down on her etc.
-Will most definately act out more now that she's evolved
-Her hair's usually staticy
