What the Rogues Know:
Name: Roan
Gender: Male
Element: Dark
Height: About 6’
Talents: Knows how to get into people’s heads, can use words to crush someone’s confidence/security, is a skilled fighter/magic user, plays the piano
Powers: Dark manipulation (creates snake-like/rope type things), he can suduce people by touching them, sometimes causing them to do his bidding, can cause pain by attacking the mind
Personality: Quiet, sometimes thought shy, reclusive, doesn’t like being touched, get’s very angry when people disrupt his work, is very adamant about retribution
Background: He was one of the four founders of the city. He was thought to be trusted, but in the end, not only killed Jin but also Gonnen because he found out about Roan. He disappeared for about two years after Jin’s death, then reappeared within the Anti-rogue city. It was discovered that he can influence the Inquisitor, the Light Elemental torturer who officially was the dungeon keeper whatever of Liesenfolde, but was secretly Prince Leirin’s assassin/spy person. The Inquisitor only listened to the Light Prince, according to Arond, who was also said to be on the Rogues side. But Roan’s found a way and if his order cancels out the Light Prince’s order, the Inquisitor will do nothing. Roan had found a way to word his own orders to go around the Light Prince who ordered the Inquisitor not to attack the Rogues. N’thero and Ryuken found Arond captured in Roans house almost beaten to death. N’thero went to ask the Light Prince for help, and he told the Inquisitor to get Arond out without coming into contact with Roan. They managed to get Arond out without Roan knowing. The Inquisitor however is seeming not to appreciate his current position.
So it’s assumed if the Rogues have to face Roan, he may have the help of the Inquisitor.

What Meiwma isn’t telling everyone:
That Roan revived Jin, but only managed to bring back his body which he is keeping in his attic.
As well as Yachav wanting to acquire Jin’s soul (to make him one of his soul zombies or whatever you want to call them) which Meiwma has in one of those orb things. (Kinda happened on accident, it was N’thero’s fault. )

Sexuality: Bisexual or Asexual, forcing himself to be with people

Other Info: Roan did find out they took Arond (who he/Yachav needed to help get all the souls and orbs and stuff). He took it out on the Inquisitor by causing the dark side of him (the Inquisitor) to become more dominant (don’t need to know how he did that). Roan then ordered the Inquisitor to destroy Prince Leirin.
