Second sketch for December: I'll probably keep adding to this over time, there's way too much empty space, but if it wasn't obvious the theme I was going for was just to pack in as many classic SEGA IPs as I could fit. If it looks like Sonic's limbs were a bit stretched out it's because I wanted to have him in the SA2 Battle pose while roughly going off the 06 model (notice the gem shoes)
