Located alongside the former Route 66 and across the road from the 1885 train station, there is this cool looking four sided clock.

I assumed it was something from the city's past or had some sort of historical significants, but it doesn't appear that way. The Williams Rotary Street Clock was built in 2008 for $38,000. The money being provided mostly from the Williams Rotary Club.

It looks cool, but it is some sort of Rotary Club thing that I'm not to clear on.
