since my texturing skills improved slightly since the last basic dog tex i posted a while ago, I decided to make a new one that I feel works for various coat lengths. again normally I keep these exclusive to the highway 550 RP, but since it's just your most basic texture, I think it'd be nice to share it.The read me contains information on making a thin tail, or you can just make a regular thick tail if you wish. The texture looks best with a multiply layer and then a lower opacity overlay layer onto your colors and markings.
you don't need to credit it blatantly, but if someone asks, or if used in a commission or posted publicly, please credit in game user leda and dA user rookfox.
if the download comes with a DS_Store file just delete it, as always that's a harmless log file my mac gives to non-mac computers, I am not giving a virus off to a furry game, you can scan it yourself or google what it's about.
