The og squid themself, Agent 3! Sadly, like the Squid Sisters, I have no emotional connection to 3, since I didn't play Splatoon 1. However, I do have a lot of respect to give them. Actually, before I came up with Chloe and Emily, I was an Agent 3 x Agent 8 shipper, along with 99% of the fandom. However, when I came up with the idea to pair my girls up, I dropped that ship, though I still enjoy it. Here's basically 3's relationships with the other agents: Before meeting Chloe, Emily had a small adoration for 3. However, she knew that they were out of her league (plus they were pretty intimidating), so she pushed those feelings aside. She works together 3 now and still admires them, hoping to be as good an agent as them one day, though 3 assures her at she's already a great agent. Chloe's relationship is bit more rocky though. She has secret envy over 3 because of their experience and high praise, plus she sees them as competition for Emily. 3 is unaware of this, and it's probably for the best.
