Description
My interpretation of a Ghost-type Eeveelution - Specteon, the spectre Pokemon. In my mind, Eevee evolves into Specteon when brought to the Pokemon Tower in Lavender Town. I haven't given too much thought of what abilities to give it, but I've been leaning towards Levitate and Frisk. The colors I used are, respectively, Ghost White and Ash Grey.Related content
