".. The bloody 'ell are you looking at..?" Oh Alan, you're such a surly bum. Yes, she lives in a cardboard box in some dirty back alley, but she usually doesn't mind. Except for when it's cold. She hates the cold.Not sure how she heated up that mug of water, she has her ways though.

And sure X3 It's really simple. I just go to the brushes panel in photoshop, turn on Shape Dynamics, then turn the size jitter up to 100%. Then turn on Scatter and crank that up, then turn on Other Dynamics (just the default settings for that) Then just go at it with white. Then on another layer set to multiply (layer opacity lowered), a light blue/grey for some shadows.

Aha! You caught it! I wanted to use the colours of her regular hat, which I then noticed were the same as Stan's. So decided to just draw that hat as a bit of a reference.
