Personality: When it comes to adults, Louis is a very polite and very insistent young man. He’ll constantly try to make friendly with the locals, help them with odd jobs, mow their lawns and the like, all for the sake of expanding his own little handy-man business, a business in which he’ll only take sweets, or money for sweets as payment. When it comes to kids (and most teenagers) he can come off a bit standoff-ish since, more often than not, they can’t pay him what he wants. He’s more straightforward and blunt, however he’s not opposed to making new friends his age.

History: Louis was born in Fortree city. He’s the son of a Ditto(Douglas) and a Cradily(Chloe) and the three of them lived a relatively happy life. At the of age 7, Louis had the value of hard work drilled into him from his father. To ensure those teachings were memorized to the very core of his being, his father forbade Louis from having any candy or sweets until he earned it through hard work. Taking this as a threat to his very life, Louis put in serious effort to get good grades at school, and did every chore he could think of and then some. Eventually, he had the idea to expand this offer through his neighborhood, and pitched it to every adult he knew. Thus began his life as a very young entrepreneur. Louis saw a lot of success since his work only cost a small amount of candy, but recently, his family had to move out of Fortree City due to a new job opportunity his parents couldn’t afford to pass up. As of right now, he has not recovered from the shock of losing his endless source of sweets.

I the behest of a certain someone, I made a new OC for an RP (hehe, that rhymed ) group called . Very Pokémon, very nice. I had, like, 2 other Pokémon ideas, but landed with this kid. Um... Might definitely make them into NPCs (since that's a thing you can do) or make them into separate main characters (which is also a thing you can do), and is definitely something I hope to do, but that's talk for later, for now I'm busy with another OCtober challenge!
