Meet Xia and Xavier! These two are new adopts created by ! Well... Xavier was created by Arstasia, Xia is a copy/paste of that same design. I have ideas for them, but I don't have anything fleshed out. Hell, their ages might not even stick, but I like this drawing, so I'm sticking with it.

I kinda went overboard with the background. Clip Studio really does come in handy with stuff like that. The chains in particular, are a really cool tool to have, but I'm starting to have second thoughts about them. I dunno...
