This is far too blatant for me. I really don't care for this one at all. Perhaps is she were positioned better vertically, so she was literally symmetrical, it might add something to it. But right now, it's not really doing anything.

Awesome. I might have cheated and used liquify to remove the slight bulge above her but/below her waste to make the lines a bit cleaner.

Great photo, i love the symmetry. To even further drive that point though I think you could easily do a slight rotation and make it even more "perfect." One small thing I noticed is the edges of the background are a little rough- some stairstepping patterns, might just want to touch that up. Otherwise I really love it.
