I've done that before using this tutorial, you'd follow all the same steps, only you'd use a dark purple-blue instead of the dark red, then with each color you get a little lighter and a little bluer. He does it here a little in this tutorial ryky.deviantart.com/art/Light-β¦

this isn't really a tutorial as you don't show the size of brushes, settings, colors, or anything else. Β It's just a picture of a fire wip. Β Please don't call it a tutorial if you don't include the above mentioned. Β Thank you.

Agree. Tbh he shouldn't make tutorials in the first place, he doesn't have any experience. But what we can do...

It's easy to see how he did it. If you know your tools, at least. This - like most of his other works too - was most likely done using mainly the brush, watercolor and blur tools (like clearly visible in the 6th picture).
Besides, you might find a solution that gets the same (or why not better) looking effect done by some of the tools or tool setting you're more familiar with by trying stuff out! So don't be a whimp and complain about the tool settings' being shown, TRY! :3 That's how we all learn, right?

This looks great! I've been struggling with drawing fire in PTS. I'm guessing you use different kinds of layers, like Overlay or Luminosity?

Would you make a tutorial about smoke? One that would be useful for smoke creatures and so.
Good tutorial. It is interesting to see how we can achieve awesome results by mixing the right colours. Thank you!

Nice but would be more helpful with a bit more description per step rather than just pics. Not to easy to follow with only pictures unless you're making something that looks exactly the same and even then it's a bit tough.Β

Another great tutorial, I agree with ~Tony Library tho, you should try to give some description of your technique so others can follow along. Does SAI paint tool, have the ability to do Airbrush?

Do you think you can do one with water? You know, the whole avatar thing. I can't figure out how to do water and earth from scratch. :/ Btw, thanks for posting all these things. Your tutorials have helped me a great deal.
