It's his OC Etta in human form.

Once I read that she was sarcastic and decided to use her white spots as freckles, my mind immediately went to 90's cartoon Daria. That was where I got the model for her hair, lips, skirt, boots and leggings.

I tried to include as much of the design of the original as I could. Her treble clef here translates to a pair of treble clef earrings, and the white symbol on her chest got transferred to her shirt.

Since the bio said that she was a Surveyor, I drew her with an old-timey collapsible telescope. For her other hand, I tried to make it look all distorted and crystal-like. I think I saw something like that use for some other character's distorted hand on some TV show, but I can't remember where.

While doing this, I learned how to make tied shoelaces by drawing houseflies, only sideways.

Done in colored pencil, then touched-up in Photoshop and pasted into a stock background. I take no credit for the background, as I found it stock online.
