NOTE: This little deviation is pretty bad as far as i'm concerned. I wish i could of had a different piece of mine as a DD, but this is ok for now, heh.____

Wow, that is really beautiful. I like how the top and bottom are more or less mirror images of each other and the colors really suggest the contrasting of the elements they represent.

"Counter Intuitive". Interesting title for an interesting piece. I really like the contrast you have between the red and the blue, the fire and ice, yin and yang, et cetera. The grainy texture of the picture/parts of the picture give it a very harsh feel, emphasising the contrast that you have created. Also, the texture/patterns of the red and blue create a very stormy/chaotic feel in the picture.
The black space in the middle seems to emphasise the differences between the red and the blue, and the two bits reaching out through it makes it almost feel like they are "exploring/testing their boundaries". (It's hard to explain).
I didn't notice the border until I had looked at the picture for a while, and I must say that I was disappointed. The border, in my opinion, is bland, and detracts from the piece instead of adding/supporting it. However, I'm sure most people wouldn't be staring at the border, so it's importance is reduced greatly. The only suggestion I could make is to either have black or white, instead of a combination of the colours. (Although I could be wrong
Overall, I really like this picture. The contrast between the two extremes creates a very nice effect. Excellent work! And congratulations on the Daily Deviation.

I really like how the two colors meet in the very center, it's like a clash between the two different colors, like at last they finally meet. The lighting and the detail is amazing and impressive. This is quality work!
