The eyes are very large and seem to throw off the size of their heads and face a little, they need to be a little bit smaller. The eye on "death" is a bit too high up. The lips on "death" are too rounded and should be a bit more pointed like "cake's". The heads are also slightly misshapen in the back, being too elongated. The wrist on "cake" is too pointed and nearly a right angle, it should be softer and more rounded, slightly slanting down to her arm and connecting smoothly. Same with her knuckles on her fingers, but just a bit more round and they would be great. The thumb is nice, but the nail is too small, just a bit bigger and it would fit the nice curve in the thumb and fit the size of her hand. The index finger is a bit off near the tip being too large, and the crook where it bends inside the knuckle, should be lightly curved down. The line from the thumb to the index finger should be a little bit longer to show how the hand is in perspective to the viewer. It makes the mesh seem to not fit the hand. The line for the middle finger needs to be a bit more prominent to help the hand and mesh too.
The chin is a bit too pointed, and needs a softer angle to it.

This must have taken a long time. Seeing some of the others in your gallery, you pay very close attention to shading, colors, details and highlights. Your drawings are pretty good, and from the older ones, you try different sizes and details to nearly each picture. Good luck with improving and hope to see you improve and draw different things.
