Silverkit was born the second in a litter of two, his brother, Dovekit was the bigger of the two, however Silverkit was no runt, just a bit small. He was raised well in Riverclan, enjoying the water and playing with the other kits, he would often attack the tails of nursing Queens, or the passing warrior when he felt brave enough.

His brother was given a strong female who was better at fighting and protecting the clan, while Silverpaw trained under what he claimed was a skilled hunter. His mentor thought him everything he knew about hunting. Things were going well, until a patrol went wrong. It was along the border of Shadowclan where the group ran into a group of badgers making their way along the border. The few warriors on the patrol had ordered the apprentices to return to camp for help, Silverpaw among them. When they returned with backup, the badgers had fled, leaving the dead corpses of the warriors behind.

After this, Silverpaw was soon renamed Silverstripe, as it was time for him to replace his mentor. He and his brother, now Doveear often patrolled together. When the war broke out between the four clans, Silverstripe and his brother were there, ready to defend their clan. Silverstripe was pinned down by a windclan cat before Doveear barreled into the other, causing the two to go rolling. Silverstripe watched in horrer as his brother was ripped at by the cat, and didn't get up afterwards.

After the journey to the new lands, Silverstipe has joined with Emberclan and has harbored a grudge after the fighting. He blames himself, but mostly windclan for the death of his brother and would love to enact revenge if he could.
