Elle doesn't realise that Pepper was actually bred for battling, thus why she can learn Thunder Fang, and when put to the test Pepper will not back down from the fight.

One day for her birthday a few years ago Elle asked her dad for a pair of Christian Louboutin Seviper-skin pumps. Instead she received a pair of Sevipers named Christian and Louboutin. After a tantrum that lasted a month, she decided to keep them as pets, seeing as though they were top-notch purebreeds aswell. Christian and Louboutin are sibling Sevipers, with Christian being a cunning and slightly evil pokemon. As he doesn't spend any time with Elle he doesn't like to follow her orders, unless compensated...

Quid told Scout to listen to Elle's orders and to look out for her.
