could not help to bid for this guy T_T

Kim wondered into Vicens Office smiling softly it was a bitter sweet smile. She liked to see him working away but as always worried about his health and if he was over doing things. "Dinner is ready please come down hun." She asked as she moved around his desk partly to spy on what he was working on. Though Kim and David have moved out of this house they are still down the road and often come over for dinner since.. Vicen was never one to eat on his own even with Rachel around sometimes. She peered at his screen a moment. "Oh a sale?" She asked softly. " Ya some Aussies. Some of my staff have gotten some good horses so far its always nice to take a look at least. " He finally responded as he finished writing some things down. Kim eyed the sales a bit more as one of the horses quick info caught her attention.. just.. maybe. "You go on i'll be down in a bit." He mumbled. "Ohhh no you come now son other wise you will loose track of time and never be down as usual. " She complained. He glanced a moment at her for the son comment. " Its fine Kim really." He responded continuing his work. It was moments like this that she always felt so distant from him.. Yes she wasn't his birth mother but shes known him since and raised him since he was 10.. But it was hard for him to see them that way. Kim decided to leave him be heading back down to see if he came down on his own. it eventually lead to her taking a plate up to him. Hoping he will at least eat a little.

All of this had really got her thinking about the one horse for sale. heading home she had looked up the sale her self looking into the stud known as Glenwood Duardo. He was really everything she was looking for. His chill temperament and experiences really calling to her. Shes always been doing a bit of driving with her old mare Elainy but shes gotten a bit up in years for her to continue such. Dude was just at the right age that maybe she could continue were she left off... Hoping maybe.. if she got a horse of her own to ride and work with that she could some how maybe get closer to her son.

It didn't take her long to think on it before her and a dragged along David were off to Australia. Kim was nervous she really hoped that Dude was as good a fit for her as he seemed on paper. They soon arrived at the Association HQ at there arranged time as they were directed into the stables. Unfortunately one of the staff was frantically pulling straw and bedding out of Dudes mane and tail.. having left the stud for what seemed like a moment.. Luckily a blanket had mostly kept him somewhat clean. Kim couldn't help but be amused at how seemingly calm Dude was in person. The Staff member apologized greatly for the deley but Kim didn't mind one bit even offering to help tidy him up some. After a bit they had gotten Dude re-breaded and ready to be talked up it had really been a lovely little extra moment for Kim to spend with him. While less horse savvy David had made friends with his fellow watcher. Maybe he'd stay with him while Kim took Dude out.

Now that Dude was all hitched up the staff member and Kim headed out along the road and trails a little. The land was beautiful and so different from home. But there was something still familiar?.. looking a head as Dude calmly pulled them along with such ease she felt so at home driving him. He was so calm but yet still so comfortable and in his own way eager to be out there. It made her even feel at ease. Giving her even a bit more confidence. Maybe he really would be the key to even.. just get a little closer to Vicen.. engage herself in his world a little more. It pulled at her heart, she didn't want to cry in front of a stranger while she was testing out a horse, holding back her tears as they continued on for a bit.

Once back at the HQs the took the time to brush him down and spend just a bit more time with him as they talked about a possible future. Kim was hoping just maybe she would be able to call him hers. Saying a final goodbye to Dude hopefully just for now before she need to find her lost husband. Needless to say he was still with the grey gelding.

Future Plans

Kim would cry first of all XD but she would really get out there and continue his driving and get her self into dressage a bit more seriously dont think the Olympics are in there future but who knows they will for sure just go with the flow of it all and be each others companions. Kim sure hopes to even possibly join her son at events and compete with him even just a little. Even just getting to be in the stable cleaning out her Dudes bedhead would be nice for her.

About this horse:  Dude is just that, a dude. He's just a guy who happens to also be a horse. He is super chilled, super easy going, and super jolly about just experiencing whatever life throws at him. Nothing really gets this boy down. He loves to just hang out and be a part of the human activities, but equally is happy to just do his own thing should nothing interesting be on. He is friendly and sociable but very chill about it. He rarely gets super worked up or joins in gallops around the paddock, and he also rarely gets stressed or worried about anything that is going on. Even in the most chaotic or busy environments he just hangs out and takes it all in with a casual ear flick and fart. Mares get him a little bit more saucy than usual, and will get those toes flicking and him acting like a dressage diva, but he doesn't lose his head and still acts real casual about how interested he is. If he was a human he would want to be a surf instructor. He likes getting to go out, and hacking through the forest or along the beach has him at his happy bouncy best. He is king of the bed hair, shaving and hay are his decoration of choice, and almost always has poo smeared over his rugs where he has decided to lay down. But overall he's such an easy horse to do anything with, and could be pointed in any direction and be super happy about it.

Notes:
This horse should be bred to lighter mares to improve the foals build closer to the breed ideal.
