Description
A commission done for whose title says it all. The boys from Gundam Wing- Heero, Quatre, Duo, Trowa and Wufei- are in the post-apocalyptic world of the Fallout game (specifically Fallout 4) . It was both fun and really exciting to get to draw the Gundam boys again! I aged them up to around 20 or so. also wanted Dogmeat and a reference to Nuka-Cola in there (both are from the game) I also tried a somewhat new technique for painting the background. Not sure how well it works, but these things are always an experiment. I got to draw the human body and a dog in action. That made me happy
Plus, I found the perfect reference of several young guys running toward the camera, and one of a dog that had the same angle and lighting. The wasteland background did as well. Even the photo of the guys running had one taller than the rest (haha, Trowa XD ) Sometimes things just fall into place like that XDAnyway, here you go! Gundam Wing boys with muscles and a cute dog. Well, the Pip-boys are new. And the suits. Still lots of killing and mayhem, though. War will never change unless it's fought with pie-related ammunition. Except what flavor would the North Koreans use? We'd have to go with apple pie because it's pretty much law. What I wouldn't give for a post-apocalyptic world destroyed by vast amounts of lemon merengue.
I think I'd just end up spending all my time with Dogmeat. Animals are my favorite!

well the good thing about Dogmeat, he's just a dog
& has no likes or dislikes like the others & he'll follow
you regardless of your decisions.
still, I recommend giving him a treat now & then
..just to keep him happy!
anyway, on my PC copy of FO4, I've installed tons
of mods...including a vault suit mod which basically
makes it TRON-themed being all black with blue LED lined,
which is also quite similar to Black Widow's Avengers uniform.

No, you totally gave me a LOT of info! You made it very clear! Mostly I just had to look for multiple shots of the Pip-boys in different perspectives to make sure I got all the parts right. I also just wanted to be sure I understood the construction of the vault suits. I'm not sure I do entirely, but well enough for the picture XD

In the commission I just did with Duo and Quatre the tubey-wirey thing over their shoulder attaches to something on their lower-back. No idea what it's for, but at least I know it attaches somewhere, and isn't just floating around for aesthetics.
