Take the outpouring of care you have and measure it

Give it numbers,

Quantities that I can show

So you can see you too

You mean so much to me,

your laugh, your smile, your sadness, your pain

I wish I could make it so you can see you too

Because when you see you, its not with the wonder that you deserve

Its with the hatred

The sadness

The disappointment

That has been forced down your throat by life

Forced into your mind by society

You are being forced to see the shadows by the monsters in your head

But I can see the light that casts those shadows,

And let me tell you, if you could see you too,

You would be basking in that light.
