There's this quarry in Marion Ohio that's no longer used as a quarry. It's now this big lake. My mom remembers that people used to go ice skating. Now they fish. There's a park too. Mostly just a path that goes around the lake. But what's really neat is that you can still see what's left of the quarry. Like these big stone ovens that are now crumbling and being reclaimed by all the nature around everything.
