Toby, who works at a big marketing firm, weighs about 300 pounds when she meets Karla, a social worker, on a kink dating website. Karla, who is merely chubby, starts out as Toby's feeder. Eventually, Toby turns the tables on Karla, unlocking her hitherto unknown passion and turning Karla into the feedee! Finally, they become mutual feeders/gainers which causes them to balloon up more rapidly than ever. In the near future, scientists reveal a new set of pills and treatments which dramatically increase the life expectancy of the ultraobese (the pills are of course very expensive and only treat the symptoms, not the cause). Toby, who at this point crushes the scales at over 500 pounds, flirts with the possibility of gaining all the way to immobility, but Karla, who is not too far behind, is frightened by the cost, logistical problems, and what she perceives as moral problems. She is worried about getting too fat and has even experimented with diet and exercise, without much success though. Then Karla reveals that, because of the wild success of her alternative investments, she now has more than enough passive income to pay for the treatment indefinitely for both of them, as well as for an advanced robotic system for their condo which will take care of showering, bathroom, food preparation, and every other aspect of life. After a lot of soul-searching, and also the effect of Toby's persuasive and emphatic philosophical thesis that there is nothing morally wrong with weight gain, eventually Karla agrees, and they begin a new chapter in their lives: unlimited gorging, TV, video games, social media, romance (between the two of them, and also with many other poly/ENM partners, both male and female), and, of course, unceasing and unstoppable weight gain.
