Description The Deviant Department of Forestry Palm Springs County Station is located in Brevard Springs, Palm Springs County. The station is home to Engine Eleven Sixty Three, Engine Eleven Sixty Four, Engine Eleven Sixty Five, Tender Twelve Forty, Patrol Eleven Sixty Six, Patrol Eleven Sixty Seven, Utility Eleven Sixty Eight, Utility Eleven Sixty Nine, and Palm Springs County Battalion Chief Eleven Seventy. The Palm Springs County station is part of Forestry District Three.

Engine Eleven Sixty Three (Shops # U1P2011) Engine Eleven Sixty Three is staffed by up to: 2 FF/EMTs and/or FF/Paramedics. Total normal staffing: 2 and maintains a BLS response level. Engine Eleven Sixty Three is only staffed 24/7 from April till September. From October till March, the rig is staffed from 7am till 7pm with crews on call to return to the station as needed by the county battalion chief. Engine Eleven Sixty Three has one hosebed that carries 300' of 2 1/2" supply/attack hose. In addition to it's hosebed, Engine Eleven Sixty Three also carries one 25' roll of 2 1/2" supply/attack hose, two 150' progressive hose packs of 1" forestry attack hose, and one 300' preconnected 1" booster reel. Engine Eleven Sixty Three also carries one set of forcible entry tools, one dry chemical extinguisher, two SCBA packs, one set of hydrant tools, hose adapters and nozzles for all the major departments in the state, one shovel, one brush rake, one pulaski axe, one mcloud tool, one bolt cutter, one drip torch, thirty fusees, one chainsaw, one 5' segment of 3" hard suction hose, one bison cooler full of water, two cases of MREs, one mobile data terminal, one state map book, station area pre plan books, state wide hazard pre plan books, one long backboard, one stokes basket, one trauma jump bag, one oxygen jump bag, one major burns kit, one BLS Jump bag, and one AED.
