This was copied from the inside sleeve of an LP (for those of you not old enough, that's a Long Playing record or vinyl) by Van Halen called Fair Warning (a great record it is too).I probably drew this when I was about 18 years old, so that's about 1989, somewhere around there.
Basically just a black piece of card, and I had a white crayon. And there you go - Mr Dave Lee Roth in all his black and white glory...
