-Bulgarassi. Pyongyang, North Korea. Kaiju resembled an irradiated scaly bull. It was believed to have awakened by or created by recent nuclear tests. Bulgarassi ran rampant around in the countryside before coming across a nuclear missile silo. Hypothesized to be attracted by the nuclear material inside, it struck several of the missiles and triggered a catastrophic explosion inland. Having not appeared again following the incident, Bulgarassi is presumed to have been destroyed by the explosion. Current leader Kim Jong-Un is believed to have fled beforehand.

Aside from the obvious environmental and social consequences that follow, China deploys the R.O.S.I.E. mecha afterwards in order to investigate the high radiation and to exterminate any new kaiju threats possibly created afterwards. Godzilla also appears, having been attracted by the heavy radioactivity.

Combat ensues in the DMZ. Godzilla manages to cripple the mecha’s KKW and treads, but a shot from the railgun manages to create a bleeding wound on his chest before he returns to the sea.

-The DMZ is heavily fortified with tanks, helicopters, and Maser turrets to deal with swarms of mutant animals like giant scorpions, rats, and mutant humanoids informally called "Ghouls"
