A Julia fanart with some kind of bamboo stick? ((This is poorly taken ahah))

My rendition was kind of inspired by swimsuits and the beach. There were supposed to be patterns on her skirt and her top piece but i forgot about it. The "skirt" and the top piece is blue, while any flower that's present and her sandals contain varying shades of pink.
