I've always wanted to draw skateboarders, but their aura intimidates me sometimes.
I'm definitely an outsider to skate culture, but I really like their dynamic stances when skating.

I was really inspired mainly by this documentary I came across about female skateboarding culture. Apparently a stinkbug is bad form in skateboarding, but the female skating community sees it as a symbol of girl power! finally found the reference used for this. Here it is!
as for the documentary, it might be this one?

Experimented with a custom brush in medibang/firealpaca, so far it's really cool to use! practicing lineart and color still... I hope to progress quickly...
