Okay, I can denie your point about them not wanting to fight, it is in their nature and almost always is fun for them. About the other points, yes I've thought about this a few times, but there are alsoa few things to tell. First of, the Pokemon in your team are always happy with you, if they had responsibilities or offspring to take care about they would give their trainer a sign that something is wrong. For second, Pokemon aren't physically much affected by their age unless they are really really old and only have like 2-5 years left and those old Pokemon instinctively stay away from humans and even if they met one they don't fight but immediately run away and therefore an encounter with them is not happening. And freshly hatched Pokemon are (except for a few species) already able to take care of themselves since wild Pokemon also level by just aging. And those Pokemon who are raising their children also stay away from humans like the really old Pokemon. The Pokemon you encounter in Pokemon games are bored Pokemon that have absolute frretime and nothing to do. And about the breeding, yes but I don't breed for perfect nature or IV's or such garbage, if I breed then I take the first one I get because I only breed Eevees and only when I cannot catch wild ones.
