Description
The Rite of Fortitude was both harder and easier than Dani had anticipated. On one hand, it was exhausting having to ride for about fourteen hours a day. On the other, the Tokotas seemed to enjoy the hike. Surely had only snapped at Ibossim once so far, for sniffing at her hindquarters, and Dulci's gait was smooth enough and he was trustworthy enough that Dani could wrap herself up in a blanket and nap a little on his broad back.
