Oops-e-daisie is the designer and owner of Red Moissanite but the concept of Moissanites as a whole is by me

Part of the great "Diamond" authority on earth living under homeworld/the crystal gems radar, they used to be simple moissanites under the reign of homeworld but rebelled and fled to earth where they masquerade as diamonds kindergartening the earth slowly and creating an army, but they're kindergartening ways are being halted by a small persistent group of gems known as "The Luminous Jewels". Red "Diamond" personality wise is nothing like any gem seen, she's mentally not quite there and emotionally unstable, she shatters and eats gem shards as she believes that they are a form of sustenance for her, Green and Purple have had to keep her confined to her room on several occasions in fear that they will be the next ones on her list, she has broken into purples lab countless times to shatter and eat her corrupted gem experiments, and has been denied of having a replacement court of her own for shattering and eating her old one, except for four rouge rubies who wisened up to what she was up to and fled. In actuality Red Moissanite is an incredibly intelligent gem, the top of her facet. Homeworld sent her as a spy to earth to infiltrate the other moissanites and capture them and bring them back to homeworld where they will be rejuvenated and returned to work, as a side mission she has been shattering corrupted gems and some normal gems and storing them in her physical form to bring back to homeworld to create shard fusions, but as she spent more time on earth she grew attached to the planet and the other moissanites, so she used some of the shards she collected and faked her shattering by sending a fake warning message to her commander making it seem like it was from the other moissanites including an image of red gem shards so that they don't expect her to return.
