Description
A quick tutorial on how to change the outline color of a base using Mac Paintbrush and Windows XP MS Paint.*It should be noted that I do not have nor do I use nor have I ever used Mac Paintbrush. As such this tutorial was made by doing a bit of research.

Well it doesn't work for me, I kept on finding what I'm doing wrong but there's nothing wrong :c

Thanks, I had to look for this as I usually use Windows 7 Paint but my computer is not working right now and I have to use my mother's laptop and it has this version of Paint. But I must say it's much easier in Windows 7 Paint.

I actually find it easier in Windows XP Paint, but I'm fairly certain that is entirely because I first figured out how to do it using XP Paint.

Are you sure you followed all the steps correctly and you are using the appropriate version of Paint for this tutorial?
