GDF K-File #001: Godzilla

Names: Godzilla, Gojira, Gigantis, God of Destruction, King of the Monsters
Class: Alpha Kaiju, Uber level

Sex: Male (genetically and telepathically confirmed)

Weaknesses:
  Godzilla has been seen to have several different weaknesses. The first is the element Cadmium. If Godzilla ingests or is injected with this element, it will slow down, maybe even stop, his heart's nuclear functions. When this happens, Godzilla becomes lethargic, unable to use his breath weapon (see Powers/Abilities), and may even faint. ANEB (Anti-Nuclear-Energy Bacteria) has been seen to have a similar effect on him.
  Godzilla's second main weakness is the highly toxic compound H-01 (see K-File#015: Hedorah). This compound can eat through Godzilla's armor as if it were paper. Unfortunately, H-01 is only secreted by the Kaiju Hedorah.
  The third weakness identified in Godzilla is the D03 warhead. If fired at specific points on Godzilla's body, the warhead's drill can penetrate his flesh. It is recommended for all missile weapons to be fitted with the D03 warhead.

Powers/Abilities:
  Godzilla is undoubtedly the most powerful Kaiju that the GDF has ever encountered, in part due to his massive array of abilities brought on by his nuclear mutation. The first of these abilities is simply his increased physical qualities. Godzilla possesses immense speed and strength for something of his size, easily able to swim at more than 100 knots for prolonged periods, maintain a 40 kph run on land, and lift Kaiju of almost the same size over his head. Godzilla is also seen to have around-human levels of intelligence, has been seen to anticipate some of our stealthiest attacks, and even use a Kaiju's tactics against them. Godzilla possesses augumented senses, such as sight, hearing, and smell, which have been used to locate Kaiju thousands of kilometers away.
  One of the reasons why an assault on Godzilla with conventional weapons is useless is his high-density armored skin. the military's most powerful AP (armor-piercing) and explosive tank shells leave little to no mark on the Kaiju's hide, and missiles-unless outfitted with the D03 warhead (see Weaknesses)- are completely ineffective. In battle with other Kaiju, Godzilla has stood against tooth, claw, horn, spike, and all other kinds of weapons. Godzilla's armor appears to grow in layers, with the toughest being the innermost one. Each layer is made of millions of knobby scutes, which vary in size, and are made of a high-density carbon compound.
  Even when Godzilla's armor is pierced and he sustains incredible wounds, GDF reports all say the same thing: It seems impossible to kill Godzilla. Wounds shut, bones mend, organs regrow, all in a matter of hours. Samples of Godzilla's armor have revealed a kind of 'super stem cell', which can duplicate itself at an enormous rate, move the replictaes around, and then turn into any kind of cell, healing damage incredibly fast. These 'super stem cells', which are almost certainly a result of Godzilla's mutation, have been nicknamed 'G-Cells' by Kaiju scientists.
  Despite all these abilities, Godzilla's most amazing one is his power to absorb and direct nuclear energy. Godzilla 'feeds' by two methods; draining the energy from Nuclear Fission Plants' reactors, or generating Nuclear Fusion himself; the latter appears much more straining for Godzilla, and he is more likely to seek out another plant. When nuclear weapons have been used against him, Godzilla simply absorbs their power, though there can be problems if too much energy is absorbed (see K-File #029: 'Burning Godzilla').
  With this nuclear energy, Godzilla can utilize his most infamous weapon: The Atomic Beam. Godzilla focuses his extra nuclear energy into a beam of heat, light, concussive force, and gamma radiation- which is directed out of his mouth. Very little has been seen to stand up to the punishment dealt by prolonged use of the Beam, though complete nuclear shielding can block out the worst. A few seconds before Godzilla unleashes the Beam*, his dorsal plates will glow and crackle as excess radiation ionizes the air around them, trying to release the pent-up energy. The Atomic Beam has been seen to strike objects in orbit, propel Godzilla through the air in short bursts, and even incinerate his own armor plating. Despite the immense power of this weapon, Godzilla seems almost reluctant to use it repeatedly, possibly due to the stresses placed on his body by firing the Beam.

*it has been noticed that the previous record stated the beam was 'fired'. Due to personal experience, I have noted this as inaccurate phrasing. Psyche/Personality:
  Godzilla is an enigma to most people; again and again he has saved the Earth and Humanity from destruction, only to then turn and do it himself. However, thanks to the psychic link between Godzilla and telepath Miki Saegusa (see GDF File: Miki Saegusa), many elements of Godzilla's mind have been revealed. As it appears, Godzilla despises the very existence of Humanity, and would have made us completely extinct long ago if it weren't for certain factors. His dependence on our nuclear power is evident as one of them, due to the fact that continually generating Nuclear Fusion (see Powers/Abilities) is far too painful for him. The Kaiju Mothra (see K-File #004: Mothra) has also attempted to convince Godzilla that Humanity is not as bad as it appears on the outside. Of course, Godzilla's psychic link has allowed him insight as to why humanity does what it does. The link has also shown why it is that Godzilla hates humans. Humanity created Godzilla with their own weapons- evidently a very painful process for him-, has attempted to kill him thousands of times, and in the long run continues to show a carelessness for their actions-at least according to Godzilla.
    While Godzilla's psyche may be highly complex for humans, his personality is relatively easy to comprehend. Godzilla is a protector, and wants the Earth to stay protected. He shows great care not only for his planet, but also for his adopted son (see GDF K-Files #013: Minilla and #026: Godzilla Junior) and his allies. Godzilla is highly aggressive towards extraterrestrial Kaiju and all whom he considers a threat. So far Godzilla has shown no interest in finding a mate.
