Random picture from russian social network. As the owner claims that he made this perfect bicep without any steroids or supplements. I'm dreaming about having such muscles myself. So what's your opinion?Related content

He may not have used steroids, but I would be very doubtful to his claim tat he didn't use any supplements.
Either way, it takes a good and decent diet (high protein, good fats, good carbs), and intense and hard training at the gym, to get like this. And the main thing needed is dedication!
You can get there mate. Just have to keep working at it!
