This drawing has a big and abit complicated story to explain but to sum it up the older brother made a deal with nightmare to give up his little brother(crying child) just so the older brother could live but after seeing nightmare kill his little bro guilt hit him and he broke the deal with nightmare, and he killed himself befor nightmare could get the chance to, but instead of hell or limbo the brother woke up in a sort of dream world where the nightmarrione meet the brother and decided to give him a second chance of life
