I hate how my parents can't understand why young people spend so much time at the computer - for me it is where I read comics, watch anime, discuss things with others and talk to my friends (msn, since a lot of them live 30-60 minutes of driving from me)
Imagine if they had to turn on the computer every time they wanted a conversation with their friends (I know about phones, I have one, but it's often expensive) or they wanted to see their favourite TV-show.
