Mr. & Mrs. Stirson~ Carrie's parents. Hardworking and rather nosey. Don't approve of Carrie's affection for a younger man who is unemployed.

Mr. & Mrs. Avers~ Stan's parents. Bossy and controling. Doesn't allow Stan to do much without a lecture. Thinks that Carrie is just another stupid girl to distract their son from his studies which is why they disapprove of Stan's love for her.

Jason Avers~ Stan's older brother and good friend. Likes Carrie and thinks she's an interesting person. Majorly protective over those around him.

Claire Bentzy~ Jason's girlfriend and one of Carrie's best friends. Shy but will stand up for what she believes in.

Marshal Kenth~ A friend of Jason, Claire and Stan. Just met Carrie and befriends her instantly.

Anna Jennings~ A girl from Stan's past that is determined to keep Carrie and Stan apart.
